Moving To Our Services
It’s easier than you think!
What’s the process to move to DTOM?
First, Let's Talk And See If We're A Good Fit For Each Other
The first step in the process is for you to make initial contact with our company, either by phone, email, or through our website.
Our sales team will then begin the qualification process to determine if you qualify for our services, and if we’re a good fit for you. This may involve asking questions about your industry, size, IT needs, and budget.
Second, Let's Discuss Your Needs
Once you’ve been qualified, our sales team will work with you to conduct a needs assessment.
This may involve gathering information about your current IT infrastructure, identifying pain points or areas of improvement, and discussing your goals and objectives.
Third, We'll Present A Propsal
Based on the needs assessment, our team will create a proposal that outlines the recommended services, timeline, and pricing.
The proposal will be presented to you for review.
Once an agreement has been reached, a contract will be signed by both parties.
Fourth, It's Time To Onboard You!
After the contract has been signed, our team will begin the onboarding and implementation process. This may involve setting up new hardware or software, migrating data, and configuring systems.
Our team will work closely with you to ensure a smooth transition and minimal disruption to your business operations.
If you currently have an IT Provider, we’ll work with them to make sure there are no gaps in service and that there is a painless handoff of responsibility.
Fifth, Ongoing Support
Once the implementation is complete, our team will provide ongoing support to you and your staff. This may involve monitoring systems, performing maintenance and upgrades, and addressing any issues that arise.
Our team will also work with you to identify opportunities for continuous improvement and provide recommendations for future upgrades or changes to your IT infrastructure.
Sixth, Ongoing Virtual CIO Services
Our team will provide ongoing Virtual Chief Information Officer (vCIO) services to your company, which includes regular strategic reviews of your IT infrastructure and business processes.
These reviews will identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for technology solutions that can drive Revenue Continuity.
Our team will work closely with you to develop and implement a roadmap for your IT needs that aligns with your business objectives.
Additionally, we will provide regular reports and updates to you regarding IT performance and work to ensure that your systems and processes are optimized for maximum Revenue Continuity.
At the end of onboarding and everything has settled in, our team will conduct a final review with you to ensure that all objectives have been met and that YOU are satisfied with our services.
